Welcome to maap (“maap”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Dran Labs LLC.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the maap mobile application and related services.

When you use maap, we may collect the following information:

  • Login credentials or authentication provider information

Profile Information

  • Profile pictures or uploaded images

Friend & Network Data

  • Friends you add within the app

  • City and country information connected to your network

  • Lists, groups, and map-related organization data

Purchase Information

If you purchase maap Pro or other in-app purchases, payments are processed securely through Apple App Store services. We do not store full payment card information.

Technical Information

We may automatically collect limited technical information such as:

  • Device type

  • App version

  • Crash logs

  • Basic analytics data

2. What We Do NOT Collect

maap is designed with privacy in mind.

We:

  • Do NOT track live GPS location

  • Do NOT sell personal information

  • Do NOT show third-party advertisements

  • Do NOT send marketing emails

  • Do NOT share your private friend network publicly

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the app

  • Display your friend network and map features

  • Enable account login and synchronization

  • Process purchases and subscriptions

  • Improve app performance and reliability

  • Prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access

  • Respond to support requests

4. In-App Purchases

maap may offer paid features through in-app purchases (“IAPs”).

Payments are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and privacy practices.

We do not directly collect or store credit card or payment information.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Apple App Store services

  • RevenueCat for subscription management

  • Map providers such as Mapbox

maap is not intended for children under 13 years old.
