These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the maap mobile application and related services (“maap”, “Service”, “App”), operated by Dran Labs LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By using maap, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use maap.

By using the app, you represent that:

  • you are legally permitted to use the Service

  • the information you provide is accurate

  • you will comply with these Terms and applicable laws

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the security of your account

  • safeguarding login credentials

  • all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

Users may upload:

  • profile information

  • photos

  • friend/network information

  • lists, groups, and other content

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

However, by uploading content to maap, you grant us a limited license to:

  • store

  • process

  • display

  • and operate the Service using your content

You agree not to upload content that:

  • violates laws

  • infringes intellectual property rights

  • contains harassment, hate speech, or illegal material

  • invades another person’s privacy

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

4. Privacy

Your use of maap is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases and Refunds

maap may offer optional paid features through in-app purchases (“IAPs”).

Payments are processed through Apple App Store services and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

Prices, features, and availability may change at any time.

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store services.

Refund requests must generally be submitted directly to Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies.

6. Promotions and Beta Access

We may offer:

  • promotional access

  • discounts

  • beta testing access

  • temporary free access to paid features

These offers:

  • may be modified or removed at any time

  • may have eligibility restrictions

  • do not guarantee future free access

7. Feature Changes and Future Payments

maap is an evolving platform.

We may:

  • add or remove features

  • modify app functionality

  • introduce paid features in the future

  • move existing features into paid tiers

  • change pricing structures

We may also implement user feedback, suggestions, or requested functionality without compensation or payment.

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them freely for product development purposes.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Service

  • attempt unauthorized access

  • interfere with app operation

  • scrape or copy app data

  • use maap for unlawful purposes

  • impersonate others

  • upload malicious software or harmful content

9. Intellectual Property

The maap app, branding, logos, interface, and software are owned by Dran Labs LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • copy

  • reproduce

  • distribute

  • reverse engineer

  • or commercially exploit the Service without permission.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may occasionally experience:

  • downtime

  • bugs

  • maintenance

  • feature interruptions

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

maap is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties including:

  • merchantability

  • fitness for a particular purpose

  • non-infringement

  • uninterrupted availability

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dran Labs LLC shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • lost profits

  • data loss

  • service interruptions

  • or damages arising from use of the Service

Your use of maap is at your own risk.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to maap at any time if:

  • these Terms are violated

  • illegal activity is suspected

  • abuse or harmful behavior occurs

Users may stop using the app at any time.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, users agree to first contact Dran Labs LLC and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith for at least sixty (60) days.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of maap after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dran Labs LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • your use of MAAP

  • your uploaded content

  • your violation of these Terms

  • or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
